 * A completed return form must be included with your return. You can download the return form from our website.

 * Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
 * Ship the return using a trackable service (we recommend second-class recorded/tracked service).
Return Costs
 * You are responsible for the cost of returning the items.
 * Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Exchanges
 * Re-delivery charges will apply to exchanges.
Processing Returns
 * We aim to process all returns within 28 days of receiving them.
 * You'll receive a notification once your return is processed.
Incorrect Items

Jewelry and Accessories
 * Please note that jewelry and accessories are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Promotional Delivery
If you return an item and your order total falls below the amount required for free delivery, a delivery charge will be deducted from your refund to account for the initial delivery cost. This ensures fairness for both you and our business.

For example, if you received free delivery on a £30 order and return an item for a full refund, but the remaining items in your order total £20, a delivery charge (e.g., £5.95) will be deducted from your refund since the new order value doesn't qualify for free delivery.
We recommend keeping a copy of your order confirmation email for reference. This will help you easily determine if your remaining order value qualifies for free delivery after a return.
