WELCOME TO FABEHA TERMS OF SERVICE

BY USING OUR WEBSITE AND / OR PLACING AN ORDER YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT BELOW.

When you place an order for a product in any of the ways described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms.  

When you place your order online we will automatically send you an email to confirm that we have received it. this email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. If the product is available we will send you a confirmation that your order has been shipped, otherwise we will contact you either by email or telephone if any item is unavailable and suggest an alternative item. You have the right to cancel your order in full or part, and request a refund.  

Cancellation If for any reason, you wish to do so you have the right to cancel any order within 24 hours before the order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse .

 

DELIVERY POLICY

Your delivery experience matters to us, which is why we partner with trusted couriers to ensure fast, safe and reliable delivery for every order.

 

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days (from dispatch). • Express / Next Day Delivery: Available on orders placed before 2 pm Monday–Thursday. Orders placed after 2 pm Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays).

DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS & TRACKING

• Once dispatched, you will receive email and/or SMS updates from the courier. • You may be able to manage your delivery (change date, safe place, neighbor, parcel shop). • Please provide a valid mobile number and email to receive updates.

FAILED DELIVERIES

• If no one is available, couriers may attempt delivery to a neighbor, safe place, or depot. • A second attempt is usually made the following working day. • If the parcel is returned to Fabeha Online due to incorrect address details, missed collection, or refusal, re-delivery charges will apply.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

• If your parcel is damaged on arrival, please refuse delivery if possible. • If accepted, take clear photos of the damage and packaging and contact us within 48 hours. • Courier investigations can take up to 28 days. Refunds/replacements are processed once claims are resolved.
